How to install the "IH54" Chrome theme

1. Click Download button above to download the IH54 theme zip file.
2. Enter chrome://extensions in the URL bar to open the Extensions page.
3. Enable the Developer mode option.
4. Drag and drop the downloaded IH54 theme file into the Extensions page
5. Click Add theme button to apply the IH54 theme to your Chrome browser
