How to install the "Bulbasaur" Chrome theme

1. Click Download button above to download the Bulbasaur theme zip file.
2. Enter chrome://extensions in the URL bar to open the Extensions page.
3. Enable the Developer mode option.
4. Drag and drop the downloaded Bulbasaur theme file into the Extensions page
5. Click Add theme button to apply the Bulbasaur theme to your Chrome browser
