How to install the "Rainbow Neon" Chrome theme

1. Click Download button above to download the Rainbow Neon theme zip file.
2. Enter chrome://extensions in the URL bar to open the Extensions page.
3. Enable the Developer mode option.
4. Drag and drop the downloaded Rainbow Neon theme file into the Extensions page
5. Click Add theme button to apply the Rainbow Neon theme to your Chrome browser
